    1. All Sales are final no refunds will be provided under any circumstance.

    2. No returns of merchandise will be accepted unless the merchandise is defective/non-functioning. During the one year warranty of this merchandise upon intial receipt of merchandise by purchaser. Please read complete terms for details.

    3. Damage to merchandise by the accident/fault of the purchaser will not be replaced via warranty.

    4. Damage caused by ACT OF GOD - All natural events, not preventable by any human agency, such as flood, storms,fire or lightning. Forces of nature that no one has control over, and therefore cannot be held accountable or warrantable will not be replaced via warranty.

    5. All warranty or replacement of merchandise must be refered to our returns service department via e-mail to:

    All warranty and replacement of merchandise will be forwarded to the manufacturer in China they have the final determination of whether the prodcut will be replaced or accepted for warranty work.

    Items may be repaired or replaced with a new or refurbished product. Once a determination has been determined you will be e-mailed with the results.

    You can contest this determination by providing another e-mail to our return services department if denied warranty replacement.

    This process can take up to 5 days please be patient with this process we promise to respond to all concerns in a timely manner.

    6. Warranty repair/replacement may take 30 days to process and ship your replacement once your product is replaced and shipped an e-mail will be sent notifying you.

    7. Purchaser is resposible for the cost of mailing back there defective/non-functioning merchandise for warranty replacement or repair.

    9. Warranty is for a period of one year, Once the purchaser recieves the merchandise after shipping from Dingoo-Digital-USA.com, The warranty will not be extended or prorated.

    The time from purchase till defect or malfunction will count as time on the warranty and remaining time will continue once the item is recieved by the purchaser after the replacement is shipped.

    10. Failure to comply with these terms terminates any rights you may have for replacement or repair via warranty.

    11. Products/merchandise that is damaged during shipping/shipment must be report with 48 hours of reciept. All products/merchandise must be signed for up reciept. Your 48 hours will start upon your signature of reciept.

    Failure to be reported within 48 hours of reciept of damaged goods voids any chance of replacement/warranty work on said product via dingoo-digital-usa.com.

    All replacement and warranty work will paid for by the shipper if they determine they are the cause of said damages.
